Our Management service is designed for artists who need strategic guidance, professional representation, and ongoing career support without committing to full-scale traditional management. This service provides a collaborative partnership focused on creating opportunities, strengthening industry relationships, and ensuring every booking aligns with your long-term goals.
Investment: $500 per month
Scope of Services
One 60-minute strategy call each month via Zoom or phone
Ongoing text message support for questions, updates, and timely guidance
Strategic oversight of current engagements to maximize each opportunity
Development of a long-term booking strategy aligned with your career goals
Coordination of travel logistics and management of artist preferences for engagements
Representation for all booking inquiries, including adding Karen Cubides Agency (KCA) as the primary booking contact on your website
Public relations support and strategic brand development to strengthen your professional presence
Active outreach to secure new booking opportunities
Pursuit of qualified opportunities through KCA's established industry network and relationships
Commission Structure
In addition to the monthly management retainer, KCA will receive a 20% commission on engagements that are substantially negotiated or secured through our efforts. This includes opportunities generated through our outreach, industry relationships, or negotiations conducted on your behalf.
Our goal is to provide proactive management that allows you to focus on your artistry while we focus on strategy, relationships, negotiations, and creating opportunities that support sustainable career growth.
