Hi Kimille,

It was such a pleasure chatting with you yesterday! You have done—and continue to do—such incredible work, and I'm genuinely excited about the opportunity to help you better showcase your portfolio and organize your brand in a way that reflects the impact you've already made.

One thing I always like to share is that I typically recommend beginning with coaching or consulting before jumping into larger implementation projects. It gives us the opportunity to establish clear goals, create accountability, and ensure we're building the right strategy together in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. Once that foundation is in place, we can move into a Studio Day or Mastermind Day to tackle larger projects, outsource implementation, and make meaningful progress in a focused, high-impact way.

There is absolutely no pressure to move forward with anything. I always want my services to be accessible and am mindful of my clients' budgets. If you'd like to adjust the scope of work, create a phased approach, or explore a payment plan, I'm more than happy to be flexible and find an option that works for you.

Take a look when you have a chance, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Warmly,

Karen

Consulting

Consulting is ideal when you already have a good sense of what you need. Maybe you're launching a new website, planning an album release, refining your marketing strategy, or looking for guidance on a specific challenge. In consulting, we answer questions, create a roadmap, and develop tangible solutions you can implement. It's focused, strategic, and designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Coaching

Coaching is a little different. Coaching is less about having all the answers on day one and more about discovering them together. It's a longer-term partnership where we have the space to ask better questions, notice patterns, celebrate wins, work through obstacles, and adjust as your business evolves. Instead of solving one problem, we're strengthening the way you make decisions so you're equipped for the next challenge, too.

Assessment of what you need:
Neither approach is better than the other. It simply depends on where you are. If you already know the destination and need an experienced guide to help you get there, consulting is often the right fit. If you're still uncovering what success looks like, navigating multiple moving pieces, or looking for an ongoing thought partner who can help you identify blind spots and bottlenecks, coaching tends to create the greatest transformation.

Clients will go between both of these things depending on their needs.

Studio Day

Purpose

A Studio Day is a collaborative, implementation-focused experience designed to build meaningful progress in a single day. Rather than spending hours planning, we roll up our sleeves and create together—combining strategy, creativity, and execution to move important projects across the finish line.

Our Studio Days are delivery centric, this means we will be collaborating before the day begins and on the actual day we will be taking on the heavy lifting portion of completing the deliverables with our expertise.

  • KCA and clients meet 48 before the Mastermind Day to touch base and plan the day collaboratively.

  • Day begins at 9am and ends at 4pm

  • Morning: KCA team handles the implementation and creation of the email marketing campaign

  • Mid Day Check in: KCA meets with the client(s)/ client’s team to share and provide guidance on the assets being delivered.

  • Afternoon: KCA implements feedback provided by the client during the mid day check in and finalized deliverables.

  • This type of day is good for

    • A business that wants a hands off experience where the service is complete and set up all in one day.

A hybrid of this day is also available with Mastermind and Studio aspects of the day.

Process

Pre-Session Planning Meeting (48 Hours Prior)
KCA meets with project leadership to review goals, existing materials, community partnerships, fundraising objectives, and event logistics. This collaborative planning session ensures the Studio Day is customized to the organization's specific needs.

Studio Day (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Morning: Asset Creation & Infrastructure Development

Midday Review Session
KCA presents completed assets, gathers stakeholder feedback, and provides strategic guidance on implementation, and refining any additional tweaks.

Afternoon: Refinement & Finalization
