KCA has the client fill out an extensive intake form to evaluate current stressors, downfalls and points of dissatisfaction
KCA and the client meet for a focused 90 minute session to review, problem solve and move forward with actionable steps
During our time together:

Conduct a brand and professional presence audit (website, bio, materials, recordings)
Evaluate your positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the field
Assess current opportunities, visibility, and industry alignment
Identify strengths, gaps, and untapped opportunities
Determine obstacles that may be limiting growth or momentum
Prioritize strategic actions that will have the greatest impact
