It was great meeting with you on Monday and learning more about your goals. Based on our conversation, I believe a Studio/Mastermind Day would be the strongest place to start, as it would allow us to make meaningful progress on your brand, create social media templates and graphics, and develop tangible assets that you can begin using right away.
At the same time, I don't think the work stops there. While a Studio Day is ideal for focused execution, I believe ongoing coaching or consulting support would be valuable for building the business infrastructure behind your work, particularly around commissions, branding, positioning, systems, and long-term strategy. In my experience, the combination of dedicated implementation time and continued strategic guidance creates the most sustainable results.
I also know you're working within the framework of a grant, so I want to be mindful of creating a plan that feels aligned with both your goals and available resources. I've outlined several ways we can collaborate below and am happy to customize a package based on your priorities, timeline, and budget. I did not include a website proposal at this stage, as that would require a separate intake process, but I'd be happy to explore that with you if it's something you'd like to pursue.

Day begins at 9am and ends at 4pm.

We answer questions and provide a recap of the day.

Delivery centric
KCA and clients meet 48 before the Mastermind Day to touch base and plan the day collaboratively.
Day begins at 9am and ends at 4pm
Morning: KCA team handles the implementation and creation of the email marketing campaign
Mid Day Check in: KCA meets with the client(s)/ client’s team to share and provide guidance on the assets being delivered.
Afternoon: KCA implements feedback provided by the client during the mid day check in and finalized deliverables.
