As I mentioned on our call, my goal is to keep this process as flexible and stress-free as possible. Many clients begin with a 3- or 6-month program and later extend into a 12-month partnership depending on their needs, goals, and availability. There’s no pressure, just a structure that supports you where you are and grows with you.
