Below is my proposal for our website mastermind day. I think getting the wesbite up and running aligns with your goals of developing workshops and booking work for your solo brand.
The fee below covers the mastermind day, the only other additional expense is paid directly to Squarespace which will be for hosting and domain. That can run between $180-230/ year depending on the type of plan we get. We have a discount we apply that should save you like 20% and we’ll know more once we figure out the copy portion.

Vendor & Payment Processing
Completing and submitting all required vendor forms for USM
Communicating with USM administration to ensure paperwork is processed correctly
Tracking payment timelines and following up to ensure funds are received
Managing documentation for compliance and record-keeping
Guest Artist Payments
Coordinating payment terms and agreements with 5 guest artists
Collecting necessary tax and payment information (W-9s, mailing info, etc.)
Processing honorariums in a timely manner
Confirming receipt of payment and resolving any discrepancies
