Below is my proposal for our mastermind (or studio) day. I think starting with a mastermind day makes the most sense so we can collaborate on the infrastructure together and ensure everything we create is fully aligned with your vision and goals.

As I mentioned today, my favorite part of these sessions is the clear deliverables and tangible progress we achieve by the end of the day.

Mastermind Proposal

Mastermind Day $1800

Strategy based day

  • KCA and clients meet a week before the Mastermind Day to touch base and plan the day collaboratively.

  • Day begins at 9am and ends at 4pm.

  • During our time together:

    • We teach the team how to implement email marketing systems.

    • We answer questions and provide a recap of the day.

  • This type of day is good for:

    • A business that wants strategy and to provide their team with professional development in a specialized area so they can implement and execute.

Studio Day $1800

Delivery centric

  • KCA and clients meet a week before the Mastermind Day to touch base and plan the day collaboratively.

  • Day begins at 9am and ends at 4pm

  • Morning: KCA team handles the implementation and creation of the email marketing campaign

  • Mid Day Check in: KCA meets with the client(s)/ client’s team to share and provide guidance on the assets being delivered.

  • Afternoon: KCA implements feedback provided by the client during the mid day check in and finalized deliverables.

  • This type of day is good for

    • A business that wants a hands off experience where the service is complete and set up all in one day.

Half Days: $1000

Strategy and/or delivery based

  • KCA and clients meet 48 before the Mastermind Day to touch base and plan the day collaboratively.

  • We meet briefly with the team to share strategy and we set email marketing up.

  • Good for quick problem solving that the business can continue to set up and implement on their own.
