Career Strategy Session

Our Career Strategy Session is a one-time, high-level working session designed to clarify where you are and define where you’re going.

During this session, we conduct a comprehensive brand audit, reviewing your positioning, messaging, materials, digital presence, and overall career alignment. We identify strengths, gaps, and untapped opportunities, while evaluating how your current market presence supports your long-term goals.

Together, we refine your vision and determine the most strategic path forward, ensuring that every next step is intentional, cohesive, and aligned with your broader career trajectory.

Following the session, we outline what type of ongoing support — consulting, project-based work, or management — makes the most sense based on your goals and readiness.

$275 for a 90 minute session

Management Proposal

Management $500/ month 

  • Scope includes

    • 1 hour phone call/ zoom per month/ text messaging

      • Strategy for current bookings

      • Strategy for future bookings

      • Travel logistics/ preferences

    • Handling all aspects of booking adding KCA info to contact page on website 

    • 20% commission on gigs subsantionally negotiated by KCA. 

    • PR support and development

    • Booking new leads

    • Pursuing KCA network leads

Consulting

Session Package

  • Consulting availability: Session packages to be used within one calendar year 

  • Marketing, tenure portfolio development, business aspects, projects, etc 

    • 5 Sessions = $1,125

      • $225/per hr

    • 10 Sessions = $2k

      • $200/per hr

    • To be paid in up to three installments
